Community Plant Spirit Healing Days
As a healing and wellness service to the community, FREE Plant Spirit Healing Sessions are given by Graduates of the Earth Path School's The Magic and Meaning of Herbs Training. Under the direction of Mary Ann Copson, Earth Path School of Nature Centered Healing is in beautiful Nelson County, Va.
Plant Spirit Healing Days will be held several times a year on a lunar or solar observance of ancient Great Festivals.
The schedule for 2010 is:
- April 28 5-8 PM – Calan Mai/ Beltane/ May Day (first Full Moon when the Sun is in Taurus)
- July 25 – Gwyl Awst/Lugnasad/ Lammas (first Full Moon when the Sun is in Leo) 2-5 PM Rescheduled to the Fall Equinox on Thursday, September 23 5-8 PM.

- November 21 2-5 PM - Calan Gaeaf/ Samhain/All Saints Day / All Hallows – Solar Observation
Plant Spirit Healing Days include information, ceremony, and activities relevant to the current Festival Celebration. And an opportunity to get acquainted with the Earth Path School and meet some of the graduates of the Intensive Trainings.
Also, during these Healing Days the Munay Ki nine rites will be offered - as this fulfills the watershed energy of spreading these rites quickly to whomever seeks them. Whenever you are gifted these rites you then have the ability to gift them to others.
All around, some beautiful energetic support for everyone involved.

The event is complimentary but you must pre-register by calling 434-263-4996 or email maryann@evenstaronline.com. You are welcome to bring family and friends with you but they must also pre-register. If there are not sufficient pre-registrations the sessions will not be held.

The next Community Plant Spirit Healing Day
takes place on the Autumn Equinox Full Moon,
Thursday, September 23 from 5-8 PM.
First, we will gather to have a lively Meet and Greet and Tasting Session. You will be able to meet me and the Graduates of the Earth Path School Intensive Trainings, connect with each other, and tour the Earth Path School.
Plant Spirit Healing Sessions
During the evening celebration, you will have the opportunity to break off into one-on-one Plant Spirit Healing Sessions with the Graduates.
Plants are pure, positive source energy. They are always whole and complete and full of integrity (they never try to be someone else or forget who they are). As such, they provide a direct line to the experience of the sacred.
The Plants act as portals, doorways, gateways, guides, and teachers directing the weaving of our Web of Healing. In the process, we are directed down many different Earth Paths - the ones most open to you in the moment.
In Plant Spirit Healing, the focus is on providing you with the energetic spirit healing that draws you toward your true self – your original and whole self.
Plant Spirit Healing Sessions are energetic and are appropriate for anyone at any age who is interested. A Plant Spirit Healing is deep heart, soul, and spirit healing. It is a compliment and foundation for other avenues of healing. Please be aware that Plant Spirit Healing Sessions do not take the place of any medical or other wellness treatment.
Time for individual Plant Spirit Healing Sessions may be limited. Sessions will be arranged on a “first registered first served” basis.
Magical Dream Plants and Dream Tending
While the individual Plant Spirit Healing Sessions are happening, I will conduct a Garden Tour to introduce you to some Dream Herbs and give you the opportunity to meditate with ones who are calling to you. We will talk about Dream Tending and you will be able to gather some herbs to take home with you to make your own Dream Tending Pillow. Please bring a cloth or paper bag to carry your Dream Herbs home and a pair of scissors to collect your herbs.
Rites and Celebrations
We will gather as a Community and have two Circles of Rites and Celebrations.
Munay-Ki
During these Community Plant Spirt Healing, Days the Munay-Ki rites will be offered - as this fulfills the watershed energy of spreading these rites quickly to whomever seeks them. Whenever you are gifted these rites you then have the ability to gift them to others.
I believe that these rites can be of great assistance to you in remembering your self as a multi-sensory, multi-dimensional being. And the Munay-Ki rites will make it much easier for you to hear the language of the plants.
Those of you who wish to may receive the First and Second Munay-Ki rites.
The First Munay-Ki rite is the Healer's Rite. This rite connects us to a lineage of Healer/EarthKeepers from throughout time. They awaken the healer within, initiating and/or deepening your journey of healing.
The Second Munay-Ki rite is The Bands of Power. In this rite, you receive bands of protection from each of five elements (earth, water, fire, air/wind, and pure light) that are installed in your Luminous Energy Field.
These Rites are voluntary and no one is required to receive them. Those who do not want to receive the Rites may join the Circle and hold the space for those receiving the Rites.
“The Munay-Ki are the nine rites of initiation to become persons of Wisdom and Power who have accepted stewardship for all creation. (Also known as Earthkeepers.). The Munay-Ki are codes for the new human, Humo Luminous. These codes are transmitted energetically through 9 rites - downloads into our neuro-physiology, our brains, our chakras, every cell of our being, our DNA.”
--From the Munay-Ki booklet.
Autumn Equinox Circle
Under the fullness of the Harvest Moon and with the guidance of the Autumn Equinox Plant Spirits - Mugwort and Goldenrod - we will gather around the Watery Black Cauldron and acknowledge the fullness of the bounty of our lives. We will weave together a reminder of our resiliency and our dreams that will sustain us through to the Spring of Our Rebirth and scry into the Watery Black Cauldron for the Magical Seeds of our New Growth.
For this Autumn Equinox Circle you will need to have 3 strands of ribbon, cord, or embroidery thread long enough to braid and tie around your waist and a small bag to carry your Magical Seeds of New Growth.
At the Autumn Equinox nature is in balance as the light and dark cycles are equal. Lammas was the celebration of the First Harvest and the Autumn Equinox is the celebration of the gathering of the Last Harvest (the Harvest Moon) as we go deeper into the Dark part of the year. It is a time for giving thanks for all that we have received and a time to gather our resources to nourish and uphold us through the Dark Nights of Winter.
Hope to see you all there!
